Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation. For custom or personalized items (such as pet photo pillowcases), additional production time may apply.

- Canada & United States: 7 to 15 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and shipped via standard carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customs & Import Fees For international orders, customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@pawticastore.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Free Shipping: Orders over $45 USD qualify for free standard shipping to Canada and the United States. Free shipping applies to shipping rates of $20 USD or less. Orders requiring higher shipping rates may not qualify.
